Alden uses a combination last where AA is the heel width and B is the toe area width. Long discontinued, this is Alden's more casual flex welt which is softer leather and a softer waterlock oiled sole for comfort and water resistance.  Note these are original soles for this style, as made at factory.  Never resoled.  In nice shape and little wear on the sold, toe taps to protect the edges.    Beautiful Cognac tan color.   Very comfortable.
