For your consideration, I am offering these Alden for Brooks Brothers Shell Cordovan Tassel Loafers in black. They are model number 740 in size 11 1/2 D. They feature the distinct heel stitching only found on the Brooks/Alden model tassel loafers. These are an ultimate IYKYK shoe. Brooks ended their longstanding collaboration with Alden half decade ago during their bankruptcy and they no longer make these shoes. Thus, there are a finite number of them left in the “wild,” especially in common sizes like this. They are RARE. Condition - good overall. The shell is superb and basically unmarked, well brushed, and properly cared for. The sole has lots of life left before a resole is needed. The inside shows some wear, mostly because Alden uses white sock liners in their black shoes.
