Rare, vintage, cap-toe, lace up Alden men's boots - shell is rare Cordovan leather - model #39628H.  Color is oxblood red but have patina to a nice cherry color.  Size 10 B/D.  Very comfortable and broken in well.  Beautiful boots.  Laces not included. There are a few stitches missing but these are double-stitched so does not affect wearability.  A cobbler could re-stitch for nominal fee.  They have been re-soled. Original price $1000.  These are from my personal collection and have lots of life left in them!

Condition: Minor scuffs and natural creasing on the front sole from 7 days of wear, but otherwise in fantastic shape. Includes: Original box and boot bags, both in MINT brand-new condition. Alden J Crew Cap Toe Boots #8 Shell Horween Cordovan Shell 8.5D Made in USA  I bought these new and have worn them lovingly.  Always kept shoe trees in them when not wearing. Smoke free home. They do have some character, please see the photos for condition.  I always kept them clean and brushed.  They still have their original soles. Soles are in good shape as you can see from the photos. Insoles look great because I kept a thin leather insole on top.  Includes the original box, papers, and shoe bags.
