Beautiful pair of Alden 2495 moc toe bluchers made from genuine Horween black shell cordovan. This model features Alden’s 379X Military Last and original plantation crepe soles with leather toe sections and brass toe plates. The shell cordovan uppers remain smooth and glossy with only normal rolls and minor signs of wear. No major scratches, cracks, or damage. The original plantation crepe soles show normal wear but retain plenty of thickness, and the heels show only moderate wear. Please review the photos carefully for the exact condition. A very nice example of the Alden 2495, combining black shell cordovan with the comfortable 379X last and plantation crepe sole. Alden shoe box shown in the photos is not included. These shoes show very light creasing at the vamps and surface scuffing at the inside side of left toe and at the outside side of the right toe. There are surface scuffs and marks at the back heel area of both shoes. The footbeds are in excellent condition with nearly no impressioning from previous use. The original crepe soles are in good condition with light surface wear. Leather tips in good condition. Heels show light edge wear. Please note these shoes are factory seconds.
