Cosmetically, these shoes show creasing at the vamps and several scratches at the toe of the left shoe and at the right side of the right shoe. There are light marks at the back heel area of both shoes and several scuffs at the outside side of the left shoe. These shoes had heelpads glued into the linings which has left the heel area of the lining darker in color. The footbeds are in good condition and have only light impressions from previous use. The origial soles are firm to the press with about 70% of their original life remaining with some toe drag showing, the original heels are in good condition and show a small amount of edge wear at the rubber part of the heels. Made on a single leather oak bark tanned outsole, 360 flat welt, antique edge trim, and contrasting tonal welt stitching. Made from unlined Horween burgundy calfskin leather. Front of shoe in unlined. Shaped over the Van last, tagged a size US 12, D width. This particular model is no longer offered and may be one of the last opportunities to own the unlined model in this size.
