There are some marks and scuffs on the uppers as shown in the pics. Bottom soles show fair wear but still rock hard with 90% of the life left. The heels have light heel drag. See all of my photos thoroughly for the best view on condition. DETAILS Presenting a great pair of men's leather baroque dress shoes by Alden. Model name is 913 Calfskin Medallion Tip Bal. Retail price is $716. Color is a dark brown shade. Pics tell the story. Size is a US 11.  Foot bed measures 11 1/2".  Bottom length is 12 1/4" and the width is 4 1/4".  No box or dust bags.         All Alden Shoes and Boots are crafted using a Goodyear Welt construction, and feature a tempered steel shank under the arch of the foot. The steel shank provides superior support and comfort throughout the day. Handcrafted in New England of the finest domestic and imported materials.

This is a fantastic pair of oxford/balmoral shoes made in the USA by Alden.  The size is 9 A/C, so the next step down from normal D width (see the photos for measurements).  These are the 913 model, made on the Hampton last, which is supposed to fit true to size. The feature closed lacing, cap toes, a cap brogue medallion, and brogue detailing along the seams. I have conditioned these, but they haven't been polished recently. The Alden 8.5 E Brown Cap Toe Oxfords are a quality pair of men's dress shoes made in the USA. These are in used condition and will require a new sole. I have had these for over 20 years and they are still good shoes in need of some TLC.
