Alden D9103 Humus Suede Tassel Loafer

For sale are my Alden for J. Crew humus (brown) suede tassel loafer in size 11.5D, Alden model # D9103 (J Crew Item M1795). These are in excellent condition, and are nearly new, having been worn less than 10 times. I'm getting rid of them because I just have too many loafers at this point! I had the Vibram ”explosion” half sole topper installed shortly after buying them, and this was done by an excellent cobber here in NYC. The sole is very low profile, and doesn't affect the wearing experience or the aesthetic appearance of the shoe at all in my opinion other than being less ”slippy”. This topper will protect the front of the leather sole, significantly increasing the durability and longevity of the shoe. I have these installed on all of my Aldens and love them. This is the humus suede make-up, on the Aberdeen last, sold by J Crew a few seasons ago, and the color is a beautiful, rich, medium brown that seems to go with anything. These are basically identical to the standard Alden 3403 Snuff suede tassel, just a different color. I think this a very good price for this shoe which is in excellent condition, with the added benefit of the Vibram sole protectors already installed. I no longer have the original box or dust bags. Selling my Alden Tassel loafers from J Crew which are unfortunately half a size too big.... Shoes are in great shape, always brushed after wear and stored with shoe trees. Currently sold out at J Crew, but cost $692 new. Color is Alden's hummus suede, which has a grey undertone making it a great casual color that can also be dressed up. Shoe trees not included
