The shell cordovan uppers are in good condition with creasing at the vamps and light surface marks at the back heel area of both shoes. The footbeds have moderate impressioning from previous use. RARE Alden Color 8 Shell Cordovan Medallion Cap Toe Monk Strap 10.5 A/C ($768). These handsome Horween Shell Cordovan Monk Straps are especially noteworthy for their medallion cap toe ornamentation. In excellent pre-owned condition with the mild rolling across the vamp characteristic of Shell Cordovan they have been Alden Factory recrafted as indicated by the Alden Restoration stamp on the insole.
