Material: Genuine Horween Color 8 Shell Cordovan Leather Construction: 360-degree Goodyear Storm Welt ​Details: Up for sale is a rare, vintage pair of Alden 975 Longwing Bluchers with exceptional provenance. Co-branded for the historic Tom Austin Shoes shop at the Biltmore Hotel in New York City. Features classic full-brogue pinking and medallion toe details, double leather outsoles, and rubber dove-tailed heels. ​Condition: Good vintage, pre-owned condition. The uppers show beautiful patina, characteristic cordovan rolls, and light surface scuffs/abrasions typical of age. The original leather insoles and interior stamps are clean and highly legible. The original leather outsoles and heels show honest wear but remain solid with plenty of life left before needing a future cobbler resoling. No major cuts, deep gouges, or structural tears to the leather. Missing original box, but includes premium wood shoe trees as pictured.
