For sale is a pair of Alden X Brooks Brothers 00021 Burnished Tan Calf Leather Moc Toe Tassel Loafers Dress Shoes Men's 9.5 E. From Aldenmodelproject: ”Alden 00021 Burnished Tan Calfskin Tassel Loafer Additional Model Details: Aberdeen Last (true to size but long) Single Leather Outsole 270 Flat Welt Brooks Brothers” These shoes feature a rich burnished tan calfskin (with orange-ish tones) leather upper, classic Alden Moc Toe Tassel Loafers Dress Shoes design (00021 Style Code), contrasting leather topline, leather lining, cushioned leather sockliner, leather insole, leather midsole, leather outsole, leather and rubber dovetail heel with nails, and Goodyear Welted Construction. For reference, here are the approximate measurements (taken along the outsole): Length - 11.875” Width (at the ball of foot) - just under 4.25” These shoes have seen a fair amount of wear and taken on a rich patina. Though they may benefit from a resole in the near future, they are perfectly serviceable as is. These shoes had a much darker polish (I suspect) applied at some point unevenly, so I remedied this with a thorough deep cleaning and polishing. I cleaned these shoes, inside and out, with Weimans Leather Wipes, stripped the leather uppers of polish residue with Saphir Renomat (then rinsed this off with a damp rag and water), deep cleaned and conditioned with Lexol Cleaner and Conditioner, and polished them with Saphir Beaute du Cuir Shoe Cream.
