Classic Brooks Brothers penny loafers manufactured by Alden in the USA from genuine Horween Color 8 Shell Cordovan. Model 06603 on the Van last. Goodyear welted leather construction with handsewn moc toe. The shell cordovan uppers remain in very good vintage condition with attractive color, normal shell rolls across the vamp, and no significant cracking or deep gouges. The shoes have been gently cleaned with a damp cloth and thoroughly brushed, bringing back the natural luster of the shell. Leather footbeds remain in solid condition. Please note: The leather outsoles show significant wear, including a worn-through area on one forefoot outsole. The shoes remain structurally sound, but the next owner should plan on having them professionally resoled before regular wear. This has been reflected in the pricing.
