Up for sale is a beautiful pair of Alden X Brooks Brothers shortwing/wingtip shell cordovan brogues. Leather sole with a leather upper. Goodyear welted with a six eyelet fastening. The leather has a beautiful sheen with a light burgundy colour. Beautiful leather detailing around the edges. These shoes are beautiful and have barely been worn. There’s practically no wear on the soles. Comes in original box. Does not include the cedar shoe trees. Made in USA. US 11.5

The left shoe is a 10D, the right shoe is a 10.5D Condition Grade: 8 Model: 06604 Last: M75 Left Shoe Measurements: 12 9/16” by 4 3/8” Right Shoe measurements: 12 13/16” by 4 9/16” Notes: Please note, these shoes are mismatched, the left she is a 10D and the right shoe is a 10.5D. Made by Alden for Brooks Brothers, these shoes have been tried on and show light creasing at the vamps and slight marks to the soles. Please note that the burgundy paint used on the brass eyelets of the right shoe has been mostly removed (some small areas of paint remain), whereas the paint on the eyelets of the left shoe remains on the 9 out of the 10 eyelets. I have tried to remove the paint on the eyelets of the left shoe to create a more even appearance, but it took much longer than I thought it would, so I stopped without finishing the job. There is some verdigris built up around the front of the eyelets, and a good deal of verdigris built . Shoes show light surface marks at the back heels from storage. The vamps shoe creasing from try on. These shoes are display laced with a pair of flat cotton Alden boot laces that are too long for the shoes and will need to be replaced.
