Alden 1128 Color 8 Shell Cordovan Cap Toe Boot

For your consideration a beautiful and RARE pair of Alden Cap Toe Boots built on the Modified Last, made specifically for Anatomica in Paris. Built on a double oil flex outsole, matching flat welt and dark edge trim. Made using high quality Color #8 Shell Cordovan with an open-lacing style, and a straight Cap Toe. These boots have an unlined shaft and feature half bellows tongues. Tagged a size US 11D, Modified sizes similarly to the Barrie last, so they run a half size large. I hate to let these boots go but they are too big for me. The Uppers are in excellent condition with just minimal creasing. Vibram outsole is in great shape. There are superficial markings to the Cordovan uppers - please see photos.

For sale is a pair of Alden cap toe boots in #8 shell cordovan on the Modified last with a single leather flex sole. They are unlined save for the cap toe, and have great detail on the cap toe and heel stitching. These are one of the more unique Alden boots and a makeup that is not available in the US market. These are a size 9C, and the general sizing consensus is that the Modified last runs about a half size large. Recently purchased from Anatomica in Paris. Always stored using shoe trees. Included is the original box and shoe bags.
