For sale is a gorgeous pair of Alden shortwings, made in the USA out of genuine shell cordovan. These are the rare ”2034” model from Alden, which is their Shortwing Blucher model. They are a gorgeous shade of deep burgundy (Color 8) and feature a classic wingtip blucher design and are Goodyear welted with a leather sole and rubber heel cap/sole for added durability. I would rate them a 7/10, as they have creasing (pics taken unstuffed), some wear on soles (still firm), minor heel drag, some scuffs/marks on the uppers (a few on the toeboxes, some at the back heel areas, and some near the lace holes), and some very slight separation at the left heel cap (really minor and in no need of repair in my opinion). The insoles may have also been removed, though I can't tell if they were removed or replaced. Easy fix either way. These have been conditioned with Saphir Renovateur and have a beautiful sheen throughout with no cracking anywhere. They are marked a size 10 E, which is a wide width. Up for sale is a pair of used Alden 2034 No. 8 Shell Cordovan shortwing bluchers in size 10 e. - Good used condition; some minor scuffs from wear but no major scratches or gashes. Almost any small scuffs can be removed with cleaning/waxing.- Grant last - a rubber toppy was added to the soles. The leather was shaved down a touch so the toppy sits flush with the sole - missing original alden heel pad because I was using a different set of insoles. Please note that discoloration in insole pic is from the heel pad's residual glue and not mold/dirt (I just took the pad out last week).
