The heels have moderate 2-4mm normal wear, pics 12-13, which only affect the rubber heel cap, not the leather heel stack. IMO if you choose to give a little attention right away, a reputable cobbler can quickly replace the heel and simply color polish and buff the upper back to glory. Shoes are ready to wear as is.
