These shoes have not been worn. They retail new for $565. Features include: rugged Horween “earth” reverse chamois leather, brown edges, Alt Wein-style broguing, and commando soles. This is a unique model made for Epaulet New York that to the best of my knowledge is no longer available to purchase new. The robust earth reverse chamois appears to be charcoal colored when new, but will fade over time to a rich brown. Made in the USA. They are size 8 D US on the Barrie last. This size tends to fit feet that measure 8.5 D US on a Brannock device. Dust bags and box included. Note that first image is an example of this style when new, as an illustration (this particular pair is also new and unworn, however the first image is of a different example of the same Alden model). These beautiful shoes were made in 2015, they were purchased as part of an exclusive make up from Epaulet in NYC. These classic boots are of first quality, made with a thick oiled chamois leather sourced from Horween tannery. Please see here for original listing and better photos from Epaulet.These bluchers are made on the Barrie last, which most people tend wear 1/2 size smaller than their typical shoe size. The Alt Wien boots feature antique edging, commando sole, and a durable chamois leather upper, which in my opinion make these great for poor weather wear.These shoes are brand new and never worn. They are difficult to photograph due to the dark color, the ”Earth” color is a very dark brown, but appears charcoal out of the box. Chamois is a very tough a easy to take care of leather. The ”Alt Wien” pattern is an elegant design composed of a perforated captoe plus a toe medallion.
