Rare shoes in great condition. Please note that Alden’s regular Norwegian split toe shoes are built on an Aberdeen last which runs a bit narrow but otherwise normal. These were custom made for Citi Shoes in NYC on the “Barrie” last, which runs about a half to a full size small and is also a bit wider than normal. That means that this show, while labeled a 10.5 would really fit someone who wears an 11 or 11.5. And these are built on a wide last. These shoes and similar Alden shoes are going for nearly $1,000 a pair now, but you can get them for a fraction of that here.
