Vintage Alden Black Leather Plain Toe Boots - Made in USA Tag size: 9 B/D? (the stamping is faded and very difficult to read; it appears this is the tagged size) Nicely crafted pair of older Alden Plain Toe Blucher boots in very good condition. These feature the older cloth lining that Alden originally used on their boots, including the Indy Boot. The leather on this pair if excellent, very healthy with a nice luster. I believe the tag size is 9 B/D. The stamping and model number are quite faded and not quite legible, but that's what I can make out. This checks with the fit, in my opinion, as these fit like a size US 9.5-10 - and most Alden boots (unless lasted on their more refined lasts) run large. Please see the outsole measurements below and use your own best judgment. I'm happy to answer any questions and / or take additional photos - just ask.
