Alden 40428C Color 8 Shell Cordovan NST Tanker Boot

This auction is for my size 11.5 b/d Alden Tanker boots on the trubalance last. It is harder to find the tankers on the truebalance last, in my opinion they look better on it than the barry. These boots have been resoled and given a new vegtan insole by Wyatt & Sons cobblers. The boots have a double leather midsole with brand new Dr. Soles SuperGrip Brown soles. The boots are basically remade better than new, I got a new job in the months it took to send them off for resoling and unfortunately for me no longer have a use case for these boots. They look even better in person the shell cordovan is hard to photograph. I do not have the original box. If you have not heard of Wyatt & Sons cobblers check them out on youtube they do great work. For sale are my pre-worn/good condition Alden Tanker Boots in #8 Shell Cordovan. These boots were purchased new at the Alden store in San Fransisco and I have owned them since, wearing them only occasionally as the pics show attest to. A few scuffs, and they boots could use a polish, but they are in overall very nice shape. I had the tongues tacked by Alden to the side of each boot (see pics) to keep the tongues in place. The boots come with the original Alden shoe trees and will ship in a non-original shoe box. These boots ship free.
