Great condition. I usually wear a D and these fit fine apart from being slightly snug in the instep on my right foot which has a pretty high instep. Modified Last is an orthopedic design with a high arch, wide toe and secure heel. It's not for everybody but I got used to it pretty quickly and love it now.
