I think it is in good condition and has only been used a few times. The tongue lining is a common feature of Anatomica's custom-made shoes, and the felt fabric makes it extremely soft to wear. There is not much wear on the heel, but please check the photos for condition. The last is a modified last and I really liked the fit. Please note that the shoe keeper pictured cannot be included.
