The Alden New England men's shoes 6244F are luxurious leisure penny loafers made of snuff suede in a stylish almond toe shape. These slip-on loafers in tan color are designed for comfort and feature a cushioned insole made of leather. This pair of Alden unlined suede loafers were a collaboration with Carrol & Co. of Beverly Hills. The shoes have been used, but has a lot of life remaining. I believe the model 6244F (as you can see in the photos, the “f” is backwards on the inside of the shoe). The soles have a lot of life remaining, but please see the photos of the heals and the forefoot sole area where some of the stitching shoes wear. I have not tried to clean the suede, as I don’t have experience or confidence in my abilities there. The marks are generally from normal wear and tear. Starting this as a low no-reserve auction. Typically these Alden suede loafers sell for over $700 when new. Shoe trees are NOT included and I’ve lost the box and bags, so you’re bidding on the shoes only. Please ask any questions before bidding. This shoe uses the “Van” last so you should check the Alden website for information on how that last is sized. They make many different lasts and I find in some I’m a 9, while in others I’m a 10 or 10.5. Sold as-is, where-is, with no returns accepted . Please bid accordingly. Leisure hand sewn, or UPL Handsewn Alden color is tan, but is more like a sand imo, it’s a lighter color suede for sure. Good condition, just some minor darkening of the suede, as typical for light suede like this. See photos. Shoes only, no box.
