Look at them! Color 8 shell cordovan, the coolest leather can look. Size 10 A/C (narrow heel, semi narrow forefoot) on the Aberdeen last.
My first pair of Aldens, purchased a year ago. These loafers are slightly too short for me, so it's time to say farewell.
Worn exclusively for loafing, and never without socks (you're welcome, or I'm sorry, depending on what you're all about). Plenty of life left in them. Soles remain very stiff, some softening in the upper, minimal imprinting in the insole.
Includes box from the original retailer and dust bags--note that the box itself was for a different pair, and relabeled, and also includes an artifact: a crossed out price from the days when shell cordovan didn't cost nearly a grand.

Bought from another seller on eBay a couple of months ago but they weren’t a great fit. See some stitching on upper heels and near top cut out that might need repair. Also some wear on the heel into the shoe, definitely in need of a re-sole.
There are currently tongue pads on the inside that I can remove before shipping if needed.
