Material:  Suede uppers and leather soles   Here is a nice pair of Alden dress shoes.  Model is 6843 - the full strap loafer with single leather sole and made on the Aberdeen last.  This is a rare shoe in this color and material - it's been discontinued by Alden.  These shoes are in brand new without box condition.  The uppers are in new condition with no flaws.  The soles are in new condition.  The heels are in  new condition.  The interiors are in new condition.  They measure approx. 12 3/8 inches in total length and 4 1/2 inches across the widest part of the soles.  The pictures do not do this item justice - these are an excellent pair of shoes   (the shoe trees are not included). I believe this tobacco suede version of Alden's famous 684 loafer is no longer being produced, so snap these up if you've got a hole in your Alden collection to fill. Dressier than the LHS, sleeker than the PTB, this Alden occupies a unique and exalted space in the A.C.U. Crafted on the Aberdeen Last with single oak leather outsoles with very little wear.
