Alden context Roy boot. I had these boots over dyed black so they will wear and brown will come through like tea core leather. They have some scratches from my work chair on one heal, see pic. The scratches will buff out though. These are chromexcel leather which is very resilient. Maybe a year of sporadic wear in these, tons of life left.

Up for auction is a pair of Alden Roy boots, made in collaboration with Context. Boots are in good used condition. Crepe soles with leather tips. I replaced the original laces with sturdier waxed-cotton laces. Comes with the original box and boot bag.

Up for sale are these Alden plain toe boots with crepe soles in size 11 B/D (Model #86062H). These are factory seconds (inside is stamped with an “R”). I never could quite figure out what led Alden to categorize them as seconds, but please review the photos and decide for yourself. They are used, but still in nice shape. And if the time ever comes, I believe these are eligible for resoling through Alden’s restoration program. Please review the photos carefully, as what you see if what you will receive.
