Alden plain toe low boot black shell cordovan with Alden half leather sole and Alden rubber commando sole. Size is 9.5 C. Made in US with Goodyear welt construction with tempered steel shank under the arch of the foot for support and comfort. Made on the Alden Barrie last. Some wear on heels and sole.

Rare Alden shell cordovan dress boots with commando outer sole. Worn sparingly over the years and shine up great. See pics for condition.

Runs slightly large, I'm a size 9 and they fit perfectly. Beautiful cordovan. Very little sole wear. Purchased new and well-cared for. Selling because I'm not wearing them anymore. With original box, bag, and cloth.

This is a rare, excellent, pre-owned pair of Alden Men's 8607HC Black Shell Cordovan Plain Toe Boots. They are US size 11 B/D (Medium). They are constructed on Alden's TruBalance Last, which runs large and fit a US Men's size 11.5 D (Unless you plan to wear very thick socks).  Commando rubber soles. Full leather linings. Shell Cordovan Leather. 360 Degree Flat Welt. Pedag leather arch support insert which can be easily removed if desired. These boots are no longer made (except by special order). The closest equivalent versions retail for $950. The boots are in excellent condition and have been well-cared for with Saphir Renovateur and shoe trees (not included). Alden bags are included. No box.
