From my personal collection.  These are first quality shoes (receipt shown) that I bought from the shoe mart a little over a year ago.  These never fit me right and I would get heel slippage.  I have trouble with Alden shoes because I have a narrow heel.  I wore these outdoors on 2 occasions and they have just been sitting in my closet for over a year.  I saved the box and paperwork because I had a feeling I would have to sell them.  I put on high quality German tongue pads.  You can see from the pictures of the sole and heel there is no wear on these shoes.  There is slight creasing on the vamp because I tried them indoors and walked around my house to assess the heel slippage.  The stitching around the sole looks good and the overall quality is what you would expect from first quality Alden shoes.  I wish I returned these immediately when I bought them- but it's a lesson learned and someone will be getting a great deal!  Shoe trees are not included but the box will be included.  Be patient with shipping- I have to ship them on the weekend after the sale since I'm busy during the week.  Generally, it's expected to size down 1/2 size on the Barrie last.
