The Leydon last is Alden's most narrow last with a shallow toe box. Most fit true to size or go up a width. The Alden code for this model is 96288. These are on the Leydon last and show very little signs of wear. I purchased them from someone hoping that they would fit but alas, they do not fit my narrow feet. These loafers were ordered from the Alden Shop of San Francisco. They are built on the Leydon last, which is different from most of Alden’s loafers. They are a great option for those who may struggle to fit Alden’s LHS loafers; these have a much more forgiving instep. They also have antique edging. They were worn one time outside my home.
