These are in good condition. These do show some wear on the upper portion of the shoe. The soles do have some wear. Please see photos for condition.

Alden 9696F penny loafer men's dress shoes in a size 10.5. These shoes have some wear as shown in the photos. There are some spots on the shoes. I haven't tried to remove the spots as I don't want to risk damaging the shoes.

Alden 9696f Penny Loafer in size 12 B/D (standard Alden width; B is the heel width). In good condition overall. There is some heel wear pictured. There is also a spot on the right shoe where a few stitches broke near the penny loafer leather part - see photos. I do not think this will be an issue while wearing and is only apparent if inspecting closely. But it should be an easy repair if you decide to do so.
