Look great in these classic, vintage, high-end, Alden Model 977 Longwing Bluchers with pebble grain leather and double oiled leather outsoles. These shoes were recently restored by a professional cobbler and have a long life ahead of them. The combination rubber/leather heel was replaced and is brand new. The double leather outsole shows some wear, but lasts twice as long and has plenty of life left. The laces are brand new. There are a few small scuffs and some light creasing, as expected. Timeless style vintage Alden 977 wingtips. With a full leather upper and sole, these are heirloom quality shoes that can last you a lifetime. One small stain and cut on the toe of the left shoe, but otherwise very good condition overall.

I have added taps front and back and rubber soles to the bottom to protect leather in inclement weather. Soles are pristine at heel and leather soles throughout.

Typical used condition, minor spots on leather (see pictures), solid construction, hand made quality. Widely known as ”Gun boat” model.
