According to the Alden Project, these are built on the Barrie last and tend to run a half size larger.These may have been a sample or a floor model. They clearly have not been worn; the laces are still tied together inside the shoes, but there is some mild scuffing on the soles. Alden's sizing of B/D indicates a narrow heel and a regular D width.
