I purchased these new in Jan 2022 to add to my collection/ rotation. They have only been worn a hand full of times, probably 5 to 10 times at most if I had to guess, mostly just for a few hours per day. Alden recommends sizing down 1 full size, so if you wear 12 normaly this is the size you want but obviously this is EEE wide so keep that in mind. The Trubalance last is the best fit for wider feet, this is actually the most comfortable last I've found for myself personally. I own another pair of Aldens in cowhide I used more often as well as other boots so these sat in the closet without much use as I tended to save them for special occasions.
I will be adding some Saphir Cordovan cream as I only had this one pair of cordovans and no longer have use for it. The boots will also come with the shoe trees as pictured and box which are of another brand as the original box was a bit too small I found for my liking and so I no longer have that box.
I have approximately 12 photos I took specifically for this sale showing the ”patina” or usage, the other half were used for commercial purposes but I added them here as I'm not a professional photographer and I thought they were great photos that should be shared. There is also a screen shot of the original price, over $800. I have no reserve on these so good luck everyone.
