Hi, Up for grabs is a lightly used pair of Alden D0912H Indy Boots in Men’s US size 10D. This is essentially a classic 405 on a wedge sole with heel tabs. I bought these new in Feb 2021 and have worn them a handful of times on light hikes and such. They are just beginning to break in, and they do have a few scuffs on them as seen in the photos. Excellent boots, just not ‘me’. That said, these are just at the start of what will no doubt be years of faithful service. These are built on Alden’s Trubalance last, which generally runs a 1/2 size large (I wear a 10.5 in other Alden dress shoes, and these fit me perfectly). For your consideration is a pair of gently used, not even really quite broken in yet, Alden Indy Boots D0912H which is essentially a straight up Alden 405 with a wedge sole. I bought them new in February, receipt pictured. Worn a handful times on walks and light hikes in order to start breaking them in. Fantastic boots, but just not... me. Please see photos and note there are a few scuffs, creases, and signs of light wear. I have only just begun to break them in though. These are reddish brown calfskin, I might describe the color as chestnut. Please note that Alden changed the color of the 405 from an orange-y brown to the one you see here.
