Alden D1927H Tobacco Chamois V-Tip Boot

I bought these in September as my first new Aldens and my first really nice new pair of boots. Unfortunately, I mis-sized and these need to find a new home. They've probably been worn about 25 times, so they do show some wear. Very little wear to the neocork soles, some wear to the heels (they wear quickly at first and then slow down). Some scuffs, marks, and creases on the chamois (nubuck) uppers. Sole and heel edges show some marks. Minor insole inprint. These should make excellent everyday boots. The chamois uppers don't require much care and neocork wears like iron. The 379x last is very attractive in person, not too formal or casual but very shapely. *** Please don't repeat my mistake: know your Brannock size before purchasing! From what I've read it seems that you should wear 379x true-to-Brannock if your feet are average volume, and half a size down if you have low-volume feet. Easy to care for. Worn 2 times around the blocks to test the fit. The Alden 379x last runs slightly generous, but not as generous as Trubalance last (Indy boots last). I feel these boots in size 10 fit similarly to my shell cordovan Indy boots in size 9.5. Insole length 28.9cm (11.38inch) , outsole length 12.5 -- 12.6 inch, as shown in picture. Please know your Alden size -- not returnable if ”it doesn't fit”. Selling these because I have very high instep, so I prefer the higher instep on Alden Trubalance last or Modified last. I'll ship these in Alden boot box and boot bags as shown in picture. But the boot box is not originally for this particular pair -- I owned many Alden boots in the past and the boxes got mixed. No returns.
