Each boot is made in the USA using genuine Horween No. 8 shell cordovan leather (known for its shiny finish, durability and flexibility), which is vegetable tanned for six months at one of the country's oldest tanneries. They feature all of Alden's hallmark details, including its famed Goodyear welt, which means that they can be resoled again and again—so they'll last a lifetime. To make sure they do, you can send them back to Alden for resoling at any time. Boots have one defect high on the right upper which resembles a stitching error. Alden J Crew Perforated Cap Toe Shell Cordovan Boots Color #8 Size 9D  I bought these from J Crew and have only worn them 5 times. I always kept shoe trees in them when not wearing, never got them wet, and brushed them after wearing.  Great condition, some normal rolls on the vamps. They came in a J Crew box (not an Alden box) so I am including the original J Crew box and outer box.
