I have a brand new pair never worn special edition and make up Indy boot from Sherman Brothers! This is known as the Lafayette Hill Indy Boot. Brand new was over $800. Purchased these sometime in 2024 as an upgrade/replacement for a 30-year old pair of 405's; as if I needed yet another pair of Indy's. There's been an anniversary or Christmas party that I've chosen to wear them; literally 2 or 3 times since purchasing them! In one of those times, I must've stepped off a curb or misjudged a step and it appears I've scratched the heel. Not something most would notice, but...we're shoe guys! Shouldn't be a problem to buff out. You've probably also noticed, the laces have been replaced with Iron Laces, as I do with all the Indy Boots I've ever owned. Don't ask where the original laces are...I've got a pile of shoe/boot laces that I'd have to spend a half a day going through to find them. I'd rather just buy you another pair, rather than go through that mess.
