Alden for J. Crew Indy boot in Burnished Tan with plantation crepe sole. Comes in original box with both Alden shoe bags Size 10 B/D on Truebalance last Great overall condition. These were worn less than 10 times showing almost no wear on the soles and slight creasing on vamp. Purchased directly from J. Crew a few years ago, they simply do not get enough wear to justify keeping them.

New Alden original box New Alden original shoe bags New Alden shoe trees New Alden waxed boot laces The restoration service costs $189 and takes 8-10 weeks. I had requested that they resole it using the Alden 405 neocork sole, to which alden agreed, but Alden goofed and resoled them using the original plantation crepe sole which I did not want. I love the burnished tan color, but not the plantation crepe sole. So I called alden and they admitted fault and offered to send back my original $189 payment, and I accepted. So basically, these boots got resoled for free. and instead of keeping them I'd rather sell them and get myself a new pair of 405 Indys with the neocork sole using the money I make from this sale and the $189 I got back for the restoration. As you can see, the soles are brand new and come with new waxed boot laces. Alden did offer to resole them with the neocork sole as originally requested, but they said it'd take another 8-10 weeks. I told them no thank you. So here's your chance to get a nicely restored pair of indy boots in a beautiful tan color that I wish was made with a neocork sole.

Crew edition Indy boot. Size 13 D/B. fits a 13.5 size foot since these are made on the TruBalance Last.This is in the color Burnish Tan Caldskin with Crepe soles. Great for winter wear. These retailed for close to 700.00. These come with Alden shoe trees and covers. No boxes. Priced to sell. Note: One shoe has a slight scratch that I never noticed (See Pics) until I took these out of the closet. I was going to proceed to polish it in but I decided to leave it alone. You can have this done by a shoemaker or Alden. This is taken into account with the pricing. I would just leave it alone.
