If you are reading this.. you likely know the pedigree of these boots. One of the rarest models Alden has ever produced. The wing tip boot in Whiskey shell cordovan has only been run 2 or 3 times. Much rarer than the same model in either Ravello or Cigar. These boots were made in 2015 for Alden Madison, it was a run of just 12 pairs. I am the original owner and the boots are essentially new. They have been worn no more than 5 times, and never in adverse conditions. You may contact me for more photos if you would like. Hi, Up for sale is a pair of Alden Whiskey shell wingtip boots on the commando sole in a size 7-1/2 on the barrie last. I preordered these last year from Alden of Madison and have had them since early this year. I believe only 12 pairs all together were in that order. Plus the commando soles are a beautiful touch to it and I'm pretty sure everyone who got on that order is keeping theirs. They have some scuffs and scratches, can be buffed out. The boots are absolutely lovely but I've trimmed down my Alden collection to pairs that I wear more than others. This specific pair will get worn once a week at most if not at all. I would rather get rid of it to aquire a pair that'll be worn more. I'm looking to trade them for a pair of Cigar or Ravello wingtip boots in a similar size. A size 7-1/2 or 8 would do fine. Would also be interested in a pair of Color 8 Wingtip boots as long as they have the antique edge. They're on ebay to garner some interest for a possible sale then I'll allocate the funds to the above mentioned models. I have the original box and shoe bags. I'm open to selling them but the offer would have to be a pretty high one just because I'm all right with holding onto them. Moneys not an issue, but offers are accepted.
