Alden D5809 Navy Chromexcel Wing Tip Boot

These are a navy CXL wingtip boot by Alden. They're a 12D on Barrie last and fit my regular US 12 feet. They were worn three to four times and are in beautiful condition. They come with their Alden bags, box, and wooden shoe trees. I have a lot of Alden boxes in my closet but my style changed a few years ago and these just sit so it's time to say goodbye. ALMOST NEW IN BOX Alden Navy Chromexcel Wing Tip Boots, worn once! A super sharp style, in a year round color which can be dressed up or down. Excellent condition, only one thing to note: there is a very, very small nick in the toe of the left boot (from my single wearing, which was for all of two hours. Arghhh.) Please see photos, including one of this small nick. Other than that these are virtually new, please see the photos of the soles which illustrate this. Like all Alden shoes, these have full glove leather lined flexible pure vegetable tanned leather insoles.360 degree Goodyear welt, and cork mid-soles, on Alden's super comfortable oiled ”waterloc” sole, with a steel shank for long lasting comfort and support. Ships with original box and shoe bags of course, just as they left the store. When these can be found (they are exclusive to a single retailer and only made in very limited runs) they currently retail for $595, although that price may well increase in 2018. These are on the Plaza last, which tends to run a tad large. Some people, but not all, size down 1/2 size from their true size (although I do not, I am a true size 7 and these fit me well with medium weight socks (although if I was gong to wear them only with light weight socks a 6 1/2 would fit me well too)).
