Alden D5836 Black Lady Calf Cap Toe Boot

In excellent pre-owned conditioned! I have not worn these out of the house since owning them. Pet and smoke free. Genuine leather. Pebbled calfskin upper. Goatskin lining. Goodyear welt construction. Cap toe styling. Built on the Barrie last. 9-eye lace front with original laces. I wear an 11-11.5 D in tennis shoes and these fit perfectly. Only subtle signs of use such as creasing in the leather. No gashes, cuts, deep scuffs or evidence of heavy use. Heel wear suggest these have been worn sparingly. The original box is included. The box shows minor wear and is slightly crumpled on one corner. In great condition! Made in the USA. This pair is a 2017 collaboration between the Alden shoe company and the store Epaulet. These boots are very well made and present very nicely. Fit is true to size. I'm only selling because I prefer a different profile. I have not worn them out of the house since they've been in my posession. The profile is 6” with a black Calfskin leather upper, black hardware and black rimmed soles. Leather lined interior. Cap-toe design. Nine-eye lace front with black laces. Built on the Plaza last and has a narrow profile. Lightly used with minor wear to the sole from light use (10-15 wears.) Pet and smoke free. No rips, stains or tears. Very clean. Some creasing in the usual places but the creasing is considerably hidden by the pebbled texure. These have many wears left before needing a resole. Men's 10.5 D. Alden x Epaulet Pebbled Cap Toe - Black - 10.5. Condition is ”Pre-owned”. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Collaboration between Alden shoe company and the store Epaulet from 2017. They are a 6” boot made from pebbled calf leather with a cap toe. Black in color with black hardware and laces. Black dyed edge on the midsole and outsole. Outsole is leather with a rubber heel. It shows some wear on the bottom and heel, though there is plenty of life left before a resole is needed. The boot is lined with what I think is goat leather, though it could be calf as well. The size is 10.5 D, and is true to size. My size is a 10.75 D and this boot fits well with a dress sock. The boot is sleek looking, with 9 eyelets and flat laces. The boots have between 10 and 15 wears and they show some use. There is some creasing past the cap toe, and some around the ankles. It is not extremely noticeable due to the texture from the pebbled grain. The soles show some use, but again they are a long way from needing a resole. These are made on the Plaza last, and is somewhat slim with a slightly pointed toe. It was just cleaned, conditioned and polished. I did my best to shine it up, but the boots don't shine super well due to the texture of the pebbled grain. The boots come in their original box that is in okay condition. It has a pushed in bottom corner but still holds it's shape fine. No shoe trees or shoe bags are included. Overall this is a nice looking boot that is gently broken in with plenty of life left.
