For your consideration a used pair of Alden Bootmaker x J. Gilbert split toe boots. Made on a leather flex welt sole, 270 flat welt with antique edge trim and tonal welt stitching. Made from a natural chromexcel tan leather. Open-lacing, split toe pattern with matching metal lacing hardware. Tagged a size US 9, EEE width. Shaped over the Barrie last. These are a Natural CXL Tanker boot by Alden with "commando soles". They're an 11.5D on Barrie last and fit my regular US 12 feet. They were worn twice and are in beautiful condition. They come with their Alden bags, box, and wooden shoe trees. I have a lot of Alden boxes in my closet but my style changed a few years ago and these just sit so it's time to say goodbye. Check out my other Alden listings. Alden Natural Chromexcel Tanker NST 11D Boot - excellent condition with BOX.  This is a much better looking boot with the Norwegian toe than the Indy IMHO. Check out the pics of the toes, heals, etc.  Why am I selling? I'm just not a dress boot guy. Thought I might be.. Nope I purchased these new from BRICKMORTERSEATTLE where they are currently selling the brown chromexcel version of this boot for $685. I do not believe Horween is making the natural chromexcel any longer.
