This sale is for my unworn Alden x Need Supply Co. (Richmond, VA) collaboration chukkas in their ultra famous bark tan suede with (my favorite detail) the hard-to-find brass eyelets, natural plantation crepe soles, and calf skin lining. The condition is like new with original box, shoe bags, etc. (Technically, these were worn 2-3 times when the stitching on one of the leather toe taps started to separate. They were sent to Alden for a complimentary repair, and Alden surprisingly performed a 100% full restoration including new crepe soles, new leather taps, new calfskin insoles, everything. The end result is absolutely amazing and indistinguishable from brand new.) Auction is for a near-new/as-new pair of Alden light tan suede chukka boots with plantation crepe sole and 360 degree storm welts. Size is 10.5 D and these are built on the Barrie Last (Alden's most common last). These were a special make up for Need Supply Co. (Richmond, VA) and sold as the ”Stuart” boot by Need Supply. I wore these 2 or 3 times max and the stitching on one of the leather toe taps started to separate. I sent them in to Alden for a complimentary repair and they surprised me by completely replacing the bottoms of the soles and refurbishing the entire boots. The end result is absolutely amazing and these are indistinguishable from brand new. I have since bought the snuff suede version of this same boot, so these are up for grabs. Comes with box and unused felt shoe bags. Smoke-free/pet-free home.
