I have worn these a lot and they are perfect boots for any time of the year, here is a description: These boots feature the tough and rugged reverse chamois leather (similar to “roughout” but more suede like in texture) by Horween Leather Company in a warm brown tobacco color which is known for being highly water-resistant and durable.  360 pre-stitched antique reverse welt,  dark brown cap toe,  antique brass hardware, commando sole, Barrie last, Size 11

For your consideration a lightly used pair of Alden cap toe boots. Built atop a rubber/ leather commando outsole, 360 reverse storm welt, antique edge trim and tonal welt stitching. Made from a tobacco reverse chamois leather. Brogue, open-lacing pattern with metal eyelets and speed hooks. Tagged a size US 9.5, D width. Shaped over the Barrie last. These are sold “ as is “ When I got them they felt damp on the outside, dry inside. I don’t know if they were washed or conditioned but after a day they still feel damp. No musty smell . Otherwise these are in excellent condition. A very handsome boot. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
