Alden Black chromexcel Indy Boots Mens Size 8.5. Condition is Pre-owned. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. These are factory seconds that were purchased from the Shoe Mart. Pictures are of the actual boots for sale. No original box, no shoe bags, no extra laces, no shoe trees included. Alden commando soles. Alden size 8.5 B/D in their trubalance last. Most feel that this fits like a US Brannock size 9 medium, YMMV. These originally had white stitching that I used black and blue shoe cream and polish on so the stitching blends better with the black leather. These are made in the USA and Goodyear welted. There seems to be no functional defect on these and these were seconds likely because of the blemish in the leather near the heel as pictured. Paypal only. No returns accepted. We chose Walkabout for this makeup because it fits well with the original, rugged character of the 405 boot.The leather starts out as a nubuck, which is then buffed to raise a nap on the skin side, then waxed down to a matter finish, which means while these start out smooth and flat, they’ll quickly develop a lot of character. A full 360 degree reverse welt keeps the the commando sole attached. Black edging on the sole. Alden x Standard and Strange Special Order Boot - Barrie Last Reverse Tobacco Chamois 10.5EEEE (4E) Wide For our first Alden exclusive we wanted to make up a rugged-yet-classy boot. We took Alden's tobacco chamois leather, flipped it to the flesh-side to add some more durability, and stacked it up on top of their subtle commando sole with antique edging. Laces are handled by antique brass eyelets (no speedhooks!). This leather is very greasy and waxy, so it won't need much maintenance, but we do suggest oiling it every few months or so to keep it supple.
