A few minor nicks and scratches. Honestly, could use a buff and shine.  Would probably look good as new. Condition & Details Purchased new from Brick + Mortar Seattle (retail price was around $968). Shell cordovan uppers are in great condition with minimal creasing and rich color. Soles show very light wear — only a few outings. Includes original laces but no box Fit & Sizing The Barrie last is known to run about half a size large. I normally wear an Alden 11.5 and this 11 fits perfectly. A pre-owned pair of Alden x Brick + Mortar v-tip derbies in color 8 Horween shell cordovan. In very good used condition. A split-commando outsole for all weathers. Shell cordovan is made from the connective tissue from a portion of a horse’s backside. The shell cordovan used to make this shoe comes from Horween, the premier leather maker in the U.S. This pair of shoes, like almost all Alden shoes and boots, is crafted with a Goodyear Welt construction, which allows for a full resoling.

Alden X Brick + Mortar V-Tip color 8 shell cordovan blucher shoes in very good, pre-owned condition. There are a few light marks on the leather all shown in photos. Size 9.5 E and built on the Barrie last. Please be familiar with your Alden size as I do not take returns for fit. The inside of the shoe measures 11 1/4" long.
