Alden D8606HC Brown Scotch Grain Perforated Cap Toe Boot

Up for auction is a rare pair of Alden boots in a rich brown pebble grain leather.  I have looked around and have not been able to find these boots anywhere.  They are hardly used and can even qualify as new as there is hardly any wear on them as you can see from the photos. I believe they are on the Alden Modified last so they are tagged a size 10, they fit me perfectly and I wear a 10 1/2. They have a beautiful original commando sole and sport brass eyelets and speed hooks so look dressy but can be worn for any occasion.  I am going in a different direction with my style choices, so putting this up for sale. Original box and gorgeous Alden shoe bags, and an extra pair of Alden shoe laces are included in the sale. Alden does not make these boots any more. The closest you can get on their site are smooth leather boots with a leather sole for $712. These boots are priced to sell at almost $250 off. Alden x Alden Madison Montgomerie Boot. Condition is Pre-owned. This boot is shaped on the Barrie last (recommendation is to go down 1/2 size from brannock). It has a 360 degree flat welt on commando sole. The brass eyelets make this scotch grain leather pop. Nothing wrong with the shoe whatsoever. I just need to make space in my closet. The boots include the original Alden box and bags. As you can see in the pics, the boots haven’t seen a lot of wear (I have worn them less than 10 times). If you go to the Alden of Madison website, you will see that these boots are $625 new. Make sure you know your size in the Alden Barrie last as I do not accept returns.
