Alden D8853 Color 8 Shell Cordovan Cap Toe Boot

For sale here is the shown pair of Alden for Brick Mortar Seattle color 8 shell cordovan jumper style boots, the ”uptown”, in size 8.0D US on the barrie last. Details: double leather soles, all eyelets, color 8 shell, 360 antique reverse welt, barrie last, captoe, a stone cold classic and one they run again and again because they're popular. Bought these about 2 years ago and have worn them many times, but you can see they have barely even begun to patina. I brush them regularly with a horsehair brush and just put a coating of Bick 4 on them so theyre ready for their new owner. You can see there is wear on the edges of the heels where I heel strike, and the normal tip of the toes worn a bit; nothing unusual or untoward. I find these boots run *ever so slightly* narrower than my other barrie boots but I am in between a D and E width so I am sensitive to it. If you are a normal Barries size 8D, these are for you. Please know your barrie last size because there are no returns for sizing. These run $935 brand new from B M; get them used here for much less. Alden color #8 shell cordovan straight tip boots, size 10D. Built on Alden's classic Barrie last, with a 360 degree pre-stitched reverse welt, antique welt and sole edge, double Waterloc outsoles and matching eyelets. The boots are pre-owned, but are in very good condition. They have been tried on and worn within my home on carpet and hardwood flooring; the soles have minimal wear. The right boot is more heavily creased in the vamp. While I don't have the original box, the boots will ship with Alden dust bags (shoe trees are not included).
