Alden D9852 Color 8 Shell Cordovan Wing Tip Boot

Offered for sale is my personal beautiful pair of Alden Sir Walter Wingtip Boots, model D9852, in Alden’s iconic Color 8 burgundy shell cordovan. A fantastic example of traditional American shoemaking, combining premium shell cordovan leather with Alden’s timeless wingtip boot design. I wore these maybe a total of 10 times in only sunny weather going to the office. These Alden 9.5 D wing tip boots in color 8 shell cordovan are up for auction. I bought these from Ealdwine here in Raleigh and discovered that the plaza last just doesn't work for me in a boot. The shoes have been worn a few times, but have plenty of life left in them. They feature leather soles, and a goodyear welt. This makes them an excellent dress boot for business or more formal events These shoes are made on the Plaza last, so they fit generally true to size.  Happy to answer any questions you have before the auction ends.
