When an item is over one pound, but will still fit in a flat rate envelope, we offer this form of shipping, in addition to the regular USPS priority mail. It is also worth noting that, the price we pay to the USPS is not the actual cost of shipping. Ebay charges us a 10% final value fee on our shipping cost, and PayPal charges 3%.
