Up for sale is a gently worn pair of Alden cap toe bluchers in unlined color 8 Horween shell cordovan. They have a 360-degree Goodyear welt are built on the Copley last which fits true to size. The Copley last is similar to the Grant last in my opinion but with a lower toe box. A pair of Alden shoe bags are included. Alden brings us this great iconic unlined cap toe 5 eye blucher built on the Copley last. Features an all-around split reverse welt finished in mahogany on an oiled flex sole for a great comfort. For your consideration is a very rare pre-owned pair of Alden unlined shell cordovan cap toe shoes. They have Alden's Flex Welt soles which is where the sole leather is oil dipped to increase flexibility and create a water-lock that keeps dampness out. They are color 8, which is like a dark burgundy and are a men's size 9D built on the Copley last, which generally fits true to size. These are made by Alden, but sold exclusively for Frans Boone Store and retail for just over $1,000. They have only been worn a few times and therefore show small signs of wear. They are seconds, but in excellent condition as illustrated by the photos. They have a 360º storm welt.
